Nya LiU-kort
Vi har uppfattat att många tycker att informationen kring de nya LiU-korten är rörig och har varit i kontakt med tentamensservice angående detta. Den informationen som vi har fått är att det nya LiU-kortet (som utfärdats fr.o.m. 1 augusti 2019 och saknar foto) gäller som legitimation om du laddat upp en bild på Min-IT, men du bör även ha med en giltig legitimation. De nya korten kommer fortfarande användas för att ta fram ett korrekt AID-nummer, vilket betyder att man fortfarande alltid ska ta med sig sitt LiU-kort. Vidare gäller att de befintliga LiU-korten (med foto) kan användas för att få ett AID-nummer men måste kompletteras med en giltig fotolegitimation.

We have understood that a lot of students find the information regarding the new LiU-cards confusing. LinTek have therefore been in contact with Tentamensservice about this matter. The information that we have received is that the new LiU-card (issued from August 1st) applies as a method of identification if you have uploaded a picture via My-IT (Min-IT), though a valid identification is preferred as complement. The new LiU-cards will still be used to receive a AID-number, so you need to bring this card with you. Furthermore the old LiU-cards (with a photo) can be used as identification during examination if they are complemented with a valid method of identification.
